  • Do you have any discounts?

    We offer discounts to first responders, senior citizens, teachers, and veterans for all well repairs, well pump replacements, and inspections.

  • Do you have any warranties on your work?

    Our water well company offers one of the most aggressive labor and parts warranties in the industry. 10 years on submersible pumps and tanks, 5 years on jet pumps, and 10 years on water filtration systems. Parts and labor included.

  • Do you just repair well pumps?

    We call ourselves Well Doctor LLC because we work on all things water well related: pumps, replacement of pumps, well drilling, well water filtration, well inspections, and more.

  • Do you sell pressure switches?

    We do not sell well pump parts because it will void the warranty, however, we can come out and replace or repair your existing pressure switch while and you can maintain the parts and labor warranty.

  • Does Well Doctor LLC shock wells?

    Well Shocking, also known as, well chlorination, is a very common service we provide to treat bacteria in your well water.

  • Does Well Doctor LLC work on the weekends?

    Well Doctor LLC has 24/7 hours and works on weekends, nights, and holidays and is here for all emergency no-water services.

  • How do I know if my well water is safe to drink?

    This is a common question we receive from homeowners with wells. Well Doctor LLC provides free in-home water tests and we also can provide water filtration systems to ensure your water is safe to use.

  • How long do well water pressure tanks last?

    It depends on the maintenance of your pressure tank, how well it is taken care of, and the materials it is made out of. We use the Well-X-Trol water tanks that can last over 20 years if properly maintained.

  • I can’t afford to have a new pump installed, can you help?

    Well Doctor LLC understands that a lump sum to pay for parts and labor can be difficult at times, therefore we offer aggressive pricing, discounts, and financing to help.

  • I have rings being created in my toilet, how can I get rid of those?

    If you have rings and scum being collected in your sinks and toilets this is a common sign of hard water and you may need water softeners or a whole home water filtration to be installed.

  • I was told I have hard water, do you fix that?

    Our well water company understands the importance of running water and clean pure well water. One of our services lies in fixing the hardness of water by installing an iron filtration system to make sure your well water is safe for use and drinking.

  • If my water goes out how fast can you be at my house?

    Well Doctor LLC prides itself on having a live employee answer the phones 24/7. We have technicians on call and ready to provide emergency well repair service and can typically be at your property within a few hours to get the water running again.

  • My well is no longer pumping water, what do I do?

    If your well suddenly stops producing water, first check your breaker panel to make sure a tripped breaker isn’t the cause. If the issue isn’t electrical, our team can respond quickly to diagnose the problem. We provide an upfront estimate—applied toward your service—so you know exactly what to expect before repairs begin.

  • My well water smells like rotten eggs, what do I do?

    This is a common question our well company gets almost every day. We offer water testing services to test for sulfur in your water and can provide a recommended fix, most likely a water filtration/purification system of some sort.

  • My well water tested positive for coliform, what should I do?

    To treat coliform in your well water Well Doctor LLC looks first to see if it is a simple solution within the existing well pump such as replacing a well cap, diverting surface water, or renovating or deepening a well. However, one of the more common solutions is to install a water filtration system to make your water safe to use again.

  • Real Estate agent said I needed a well inspection, can you do that?

    We can provide well inspections for anyone who is buying a house, to test the water, well function, and recommend any further steps if needed.

  • What type of well pumps do you install?

    Well Doctor LLC uses top-of-the-line products. We typically use Grundfos submersible pumps, jet pumps, irrigation pumps, and booster pumps.

  • Why do I have low well water pressure?

    Common reasons you may have low water pressure from your well could be your sediment filter, a bad pressure switch, or a leaky pipe.
